Payment

Pay the total amount to us. No money is exchanged with the family! This avoids any financial troubles that may occur. There are two payment methods, bank transfer and credit card, and you can easily complete the payment procedure. (After payment, the contract with the family will be confirmed.)

Before hosting agreement

Once you have chosen your host family and they accept your request, a contract will be created.
The contact information (email address) of the host family will be disclosed after the contract is concluded.
After the contract is signed, your contact information will also be disclosed to your host family.
Your privacy is protected because each other's contact information will not be disclosed until the contract is concluded.

*If you cancel the booking within 48 hours after booking confirmation and 28 days before scheduled check-in time (if it is not specified 3pm at local time) all booking fees except service charge will be refunded.
